CHICKEN LIVER PATE
Chicken livers scented with cognac garnished with roasted kumquats served with water biscuits
GRILLED FLAT MUSHROOMS
With Garlic butter and dolcelatte cheese

PAN FRIED BREAST OF CHICKEN.
Stuffed with a mushroom duxelle served with dauphinoise potato
and a Madeira gravy
HALIBUT, MUSSEL, FENNEL, CHICKPEA AND TOMATO STEW
A rich tomato stew flavoured with fennel served with chickpeas
and pilaff rice

RIB EYE STEAK. Served with grilled mushrooms and tomato
Supplement £3.95.

£29.95 PER PERSON

The menu price includes half a loaf of bread per person, Chef's canape, fresh vegetables and potatoes with the main course
and filter coffee and home-made petits fours.

A 10% service charge will be added to the final account. We require a non refundable deposit of £10.00 per person to guarantee the booking.
